HANYANG ZAS company more than 40 years of experience in the processing of different kinds of plastics. We purvey products for many trades, but mostly for motorization and household goods line. Currently we have 200 employees; our productive halls , magazines and offices occupies the area of 12.828, 6 m2. We specialize in: * The production with the technology of the injection - the production hall is equippedin 48 injection moulding machines with clamping force from 75 to 1300 tons. * Painting - we have two painting lines; one is fully automated, equipped with three FANUC robots with six axes and a paint supply system, what enable us to paint precisely in the three-layer system. * Assembly- the manual and semi-automatic assembly. This year we made heavy investments in our machine park, for example purchase of seven new injection moulding machines, and modernization of the paint shop. We collaborate with many exacting customers as for example General Motors (GM) and FSO S A. In this year we have began production of 130 details to new Chevrolet Aveo, what gives the biggest package gained for this project by Polish company. Hanyang Zas Sp.
