Based on âOPC Industrialization projectâ which is one of the key high-tech projects of National 863 program of China, Handan PhotoC Technologies Co., Ltd was established in June 2000. It is jointly invested by Hanguang Machinery Plant, China Ship Building Industy Corporation, Institute of chemistry of China Academy of Science. PhotoC develops from the Selenium Drum Manufacture Division of Hanguang Machinery Plant which began to manufacture drums and toner since 1970âs and cooperated with Sanyo in 1970âs and Konica in 1980âs to provide them the OEM supplies. Up to now, PhotoC has accumulated more than 30 yearsâ experience of developing and manufacturing drums, toner and other consumables alike.With self-owned intellectual property rights, patent coating chemicals and process, PhotoC is specialized in developing and manufacturing of various kinds of OPC drums and toner for laser printer, digital copier, plain paper fax machine and the multi-functions. PhotoCâs R&D Centre locates in the Institute of Chemistry under China Academy of Science in Beijing, which have many top experienced professors, specialists and technicians there. They keep to develop new technologies and engineering approaches with an eye to further improve the performance of the products which ensure our companyâs long-lasting development and consistent products performance.PhotoC owns automatic OPC coating and toner lines introduced from Japan, USA and Germany with its annual capacity of 5 million pieces OPC drums and 1, 000 tons toner.
