Global Metal Tech Corporation (GMTC) was established on July 16, 2004 in the Philippines as a local company of Kishida Manufacturing Group with a head office in Kanagwa and a branch in Okinawa, Japan.The company is a manufacturer specializing in the area of precision laser and sheet metal processing. Based on years of engineering that has been cultivated in Kishdia Manufacturing Group, GMTC is the first and only company that produces Lapping and Polishing carriers in the Philippine for all use in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industries. The lapping/polishing carrier is a special jig which is widely used in the process of lapping and polishing the silicon wafer as indicated in the below illustration and picture. Our unique manufacturing process allows us to produce durable carriers that withstand longer productive use compared to other carriers on the market. In the process of development of our business activities, we obtained ISO9001:2000 certification for the activity of Manufacture of precision laser-cut products in May, 2006.In addition to a variety of carrier products, GMTC has extended its services toward custom laser-cut parts, particularly manufacturing of precision metal parts for Automated Teller Machine, automobile and other machinery.
