The Giriraj Group was formed in 1996 by Mr. Girish Shah who has long years of experience in Textile business. Mr. Padmanabh Shah currently the Director of the Group, who is a plastic technologist, worked for 10 years in Germany with a large Industrial group and looked after marketing and technical services covering Europe and Asia. He joined the group and with his international connection brought in several new products, agencies and tie-ups.The group has three core business divisions comprising trading, manufacturing and technologies with its headquarters in Mumbai and factories in Baroda and Germany.
