This allows us<br/>to ship product faster and to keep our shipping costs down. Rob Howard is our<br/>Production Manager . As we grow, we will be hiring under-employed individuals<br/>to do our production. Under Robs strict supervision, our employees are learning<br/>new skills and being paid a living wage. We hope to continue to expand this<br/>work force. This strategy also allows us to continue to have our products made in<br/>Canada.<br/><br/>As a sports mom to 3 athletes, I have driven many miles holding my nose. My<br/>husband and I believe that encouraging our kids to excel in sports helps to make<br/>them stronger, healthier, more disciplined individuals. The challenge was that as<br/>the talent and level of play increased, so did the smell.<br/><br/>I believe there is a natural solution to most problems, so I went looking for one that<br/>would stop the smell.
