We deal only top quality Spanish olive oil (extra virgin and bio extra virgin) , mainly from the Regions of Aragon, Extremadura and Andalucia. Our oils are extracted by cold pressure with the 3-phase method, which ensures the lowest acidity and mildest flavour and aroma. On request we can also provide virgin olive oil extracted by 2-phase method, which has a stronger flavour and higher acidity. We deal also table olives, of different kinds and tastes depending on the origin region.
