CHIRAL TECHNOLOGIES CHINA (CTC) provides Custom Manufacturing Service and Custom Separation Service for companies involved in the development of chiral pharmaceutical compounds. These services can assist in the rapid synthesis, preparation and purification of chiral compounds from milligram to kilogram scale and to tonne scale in the near future with the ee values are over 99 percent.In our chromatographic Separation Service, single and multi-column chromatographic systems, such as Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) and Simulated Moving Bed (SMB) which is under construction, have been demonstrated to be fast and cost effective tools for the isolation of single enantiomers.All processing is undertaken in facilities that comply with cGMP and GLP guidelines. The procedures developed at analytical level can be directly scaled up for preparative separations (milligrams to gram quantities)on 1 cm, 2 cm and 5 cm ID columns. Larger columns (10 and 20 cm ID) are available for separations up to multi-kilogram scale. If substantial quantities are required, the chromatographic method developed on the analytical column can be used to model the separation conditions for SFC technology and SMB technology.
