Continental Apparels Ltd was incorporated in 1984 and started production same year in the month of October. The production facility is located at 145 Monipuripara, Dhaka in a rented premise. <br/><br/>Over the years, the production capacity was increased to 2.50 million pieces per year by acquiring additional machines and increasing floor area to 25,000 sft.<br/> <br/>The present capacity now stands at 3.50 million pieces of Men's Dress Shirts per year on 50,000 sft of floor space..<br/><br/>From inception it was realised that to achieve excellence in quality and production efficiency, specialisation on a particular item was essential. Men's dress shirt was chosen as the item to be manufactured. As a result, all buyers of quality dress shirts now regard Continental as one of the best and reliable sources in Bangladesh. High quality dress shirts, starting from basic-over-locked to full-make (twin-needle side-seam with single-needle armhole) are now produced regularly.
