Cattaneo company was beginning in the year 1960 by Cattaneo Mario to produce decoiler, straightener, feeder scrap chopper<br/>After the year 1983 the company was transformed in LC Cattaneo SRL by Lubrini Mario and Cattaneo g. Luigi. <br/>Today we produce heavvy coil lines for Automotove Industry, Domestic Appliances and all othe industries thet produce from the metal coil. At the moment our bigger customer are in Europe, scandinavia, Baltic area, India and shout Africa<br/>We Produce Decoiler, Straightener, Feeder, Presses, Transfer, 3 in one Coil Line, 2 in one + Nc Feeder, Cut to Length Coil Lines. <br/>Out target it is to produce Trouble Free Machinery, normally required from Automotive industrie where it is not accettable to hace production stop for trouble, so we can not produce any easy machine or low cost. <br/>Our opinion it is that a long process necessary to have a real production do not accept to be stopped or delayed because the machines are in trouble. <br/>And any way if some trouble appears our Customer has to run, so we normally have more than one possibility to work, full automatic, semi automatic, manual mode. The Production has to run. <br/>The Machine are assembled with Standard components, nothing has to be too complicate or too special, every part, Bearing, Motor, Gear, Electronic System has to be Standard<br/>And it has to be possible to buy every where. Customer has to be in condition to buy what i need on the Standar marked. The life of a Cattaneo equipment it is 10 year without special mainteinance, after 10 year a technical visit it is required to upgrade the machine with the more advanced electronic system after the visit and the necessary action the machine will run for the next 10 years. The First Roll Feeder made more than 50 years ago still run in Production. So the Cattaneo Machine it is a machine for the Life. This is our mentality.
