Chun Cheng Fishery was established in 1994 trading seafood items. In 1998, after exploring different options, the company operates on rented cold-storage to process mainly swordfish. Market demand increased and she decided to boost its processing capacity further and bought a plant at No. 1, Second Chin Bee Road, Singapore located on 6, 395 sq meters of land area. It comprises of an administration block, two production areas, a cold-storage facilities with a capacity of 1, 000 metric tons, a 20 metric ton capacity of blast freezer, a packing materials warehouse and a canteen.
