1st Street Gallery & Barking Dog Studio are two separate while compatible entities. !st Street Gallery is a high end art gallery that carries various artist on consignment. The gallery has everything from paintings, pencil drawings, sculpture and original photography, all by various artists, including the owner of the gallery.Barking Dog Studio is the art studio of the owner of the gallery. The Studio is where all the artwork she submits to the gallery is created. She works in various media, including oil and acrylic paintings, handmade paper, photography, clay and fused glass. She currently is working on a new degree in fine arts and should have that finished by the end of 2009.1st Street Gallery was opened in 2007 with a fair amount of success and continues to grow. The Barking Dog Studio was opened in 1999 and continues to have a great deal of success and a large following.The owner is always looking for new artists and new materials to work in, one of the reasons she is on this site.
