Our production activity has been conducted throughout the last few decades following continuous technological innovation and close collaboration with the Research and Development Departments of our main customers.
<br/>The experience gained from these relationships has brought about the constitution of a very wide range of hydraulic components, whose primary target is agricultural, earth-moving, and lifting machinery.
<br/>In order to accomplish a thorough study of these components, our R&D Team has since 1990 adopted various techniques of three-dimensional solid modeling, assisted by finite element tools and methods, which help our engineers analyze the functionality of the manifolds with respect to the complexity of the project.
<br/>After the design phase, the production of the monoblocks is carried out by a dozen of brand new computer numerical control milling centers, equipped with vertical or horizontal axis, 2 or 6 pallets, which guarantee a high standard of production and quality.
<br/>Closely related to the Production Department, Quality Management is responsible for the validation of the products according to the criteria and procedures explicitly specified by the customers; precision is undoubtedly ensured by the use of modern measuring instruments, safely guarded in a room with controlled temperature for maximal accuracy.
