RFM series—¢ Cooling mode: forced convective cooling—¢ Dissipation power: 500-14000w—¢ Type: RFM-DGDA-XXX; RFM-DGDB-XXX; RFM-DGDC-XXX; RFM-DGDD-XXX;Application—¢ Communication power suppliers, medium-low power invertors, electric switch devices etc.—¢ High power IGBT modules, SKIIP modules, rectifying modules etc.The following diagram describes application fields where our sinks are mainly used currently.
