I would like to clarify the following points : 1) the Minimum Order Quantity is 500, 000 Metric Tons per month ; 2) the Maximum Order Quantity is 1, 000, 000 Metric Tons per month ; 3) the contract duration is for 12 months with extension to 60 months based on both parties agreement ; 4) the selling price of US$395.00 per Metric Ton is inclusive of the commission payable to the buying side ; 5) The commission payable to the buying side is US$3.00 per Metric Ton of which US$1.50 per Metric Ton is closed. Therefore, the commission payable to you and yourside is US$1.50 per Metric Ton ; 6) the individual representing the buying side and who interacts directly with me must sign a NCNDA document with me first prior to anything else. The Buyer need to ensure the followings : 1) the purchase quantity should confirm to at least to the minimum quantity per month ; 2) the unloading seaport should be able to accomodate sea vessels of minimum 50000 Metric Ton capacity ; 3) the Buyer must be able to issue BG for the value of 1 month&＃039;s shipment as collateral ; 4) the monthly payment is by IRREVOCABLE, REVOLVING, TRANSFERABLE LETTER of CREDIT ( RDLC ) AT SIGHT ; 5) all the participating banks should be from top 25 world banks outside China. The Seller insists on the followings : 1) trial shipments are unacceptable ; 2) shipments terms are strictly CIF to main seaports ; 3) the Seller will not issue any Past Performance or POP upfront to the Buyer. The Buyer&＃039;s bank payment instruments such as BG and LC need not be issued upfront to the Seller until the POP has been sent to the Buyer&＃039;s bank.
