This energetic company was founded and registered, as a Hong Kong company, in 1993 as AMERICAN EAGLE (CHINA SOURCES) LIMITED by Roger Dains, an American with more than 30 years in Asia. In 1997, a second company was registered in Tianjin, China, as TIANJIN EAGLE SEAL GARMENT COMPANY LIMITED. The main office for both companies is in Tianjin, China's third largest city and near its seaport, XINGANG, the largest in North East China.
