Requirement for 100,000 metric tonnes with a minimum purchase of 1000 metric tonnes. All types of copper and copper cable considered except burnt. Purchase would be FOB. Payment would be by Letter of Credit from Standard & Chartered Bank, Hong Kong. All products must pass an AQSIQ inspection. All Letters of Credit will be validated at port of departure. Titleholders or Persons licenced to sell on behalf of the titleholder only.
