The Afyonkarahisar European Business Development Centre (ABIGEM) has started its services as a regional Business Centre for Afyon, Burdur, Isparta, Kutahya and Antalya provinces after the successful attempts of the Afyonkarahisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, within the framework of the Expansion of the European Turkish Business Centres Network Project an initiative of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in cooperation with related Chambers and with the support of the European Union.The Afyonkarahisar ABIGEMs fundamental mission is to offer; solutions to businesses facing issues in the developing and growing trade environment, consultation, training and information services which consequently will support businesses in improving competitiveness and sustainability in the long term. The ABIGEM will also support innovation, preparing SMEs towards internationalization, and encouraging entrepreneurship therefore expediting regional and national development.
