Founded in 1998, Zhangjiagang Xuanli Hardware Tools Factory is located in Daxin Hardware Tool Industrial Park in Zhangjiagang which is one of China's hardware tool production bases. With a fixed asset of 22 million RMB and covering an area of 18, 000 square meters, our factory can produce over 5, 000 tons of die forging products per year. There are 120 employees in our factory, including 12 technicians who can ensure a powerful forging team and a powerful technical force. Now, our forging production lines are equipped with two hot die forging presses (600T, made in Taiwan area) and middle frequency electric heaters. Moreover, our factory has 3 heat treating equipment comprised of 75kW box resistance furnaces, 3 electro discharge sinking machines, linear cutting die processing units and quality control equipment. Our factory specializes in manufacturing and annealing die forging products. We mainly supply container forgings, links for power generating machines and hardware tools. Our annual output of container forgings and hardware tools can reach 6.5 million pieces and 6 million pieces respectively.
