Wing Yip Plastic Mould Fatory Ltd. is a mainly engaged in Precision Plastic Mould and Injection Molding. We have three floors for our workshop on Sha jing shang liao shang gao po industrial park and its area reach to 3000㎡ in 2003 along with the plant enlarging. Now, Silk-screening Department and Fuel Injector Department as well CNC Lathe Department its our new added Department. Our company its belong to processing with supplied materials and including all kinds of plastic for moulds manufacture and injection as well silk-screening and fuel injector, also processing all kinds of Hardware by CNC lathe. Our company existing staff more than 180 people included managers about 25 people and production staff about 140 people and Quality staff 15 people. Types of production tooling moulds: 1. Plastic moulds: All kinds of electronic products shell and Audio amplifier panel as well various machine shells. 2. Die casting: All kinds of lamp shell and Aluminum Alloy shell and so on. Our company production capacity is more than 30 moulds. Our company equipment has 16 Milling machine , 2 Wire Cut machine , 6 EDM , 3 CNC 加工中心 and 3 CNC lathe, 12 Injection machine, 4 product lines.
