My company is a 1 person run and operated design, maufacturing, sewing service and sales type of business. Very new and very small homebased company. Self taught and trained with some occupational training in the fashion design profession back in high school as well as work experiences in the garment manufacturing and production wharehouse or factory back home in hawaii after graduating from high school. Over the past 2-3 year i&＃39;ve been trying to design and put together my own line of products and hope to have my own designer label and items available for purchase and sold in tasteful venues boutiques or department stores. Currently, my collection includes a variety of handbags, totes, sofa chair kleenex box covers, jackets etc... I design my pieces with the polynesian motif or influences, not the colorful and total floral ideals, but with more of the traditional materials tapa, lauhala, bamboo, turtoise shell etc.. And colors (earth tones). However, with a modern twist being designs looks and trends of today.
