Ships are the main vessel for the transportation of goods and communication between ships and land is increasing as shipping service is growing globally.But due to the weak communication environment on sea, phone, fax, and Teles using satellite were relied upon.Thus, this system was developed to enable easy use of on-line work(such as E-mail, Internet) on sea as in land.
