All plates are produced by using high quality stainless steel or other quality steel specified by the customers. The pellet plate brazed with TiC alloy has been developed and offers condiserable advantanges compared to WC hardfacing.- Lower heat conductivity- Thermal expansion is closer to the expansion of the steel body.- Higher corrosion resistanceThe die plates are used to pelletize LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, Master batch and other composite polymer. Once the original hardfacing of the customer&＃39;s die plate is worn out, the die body can be reused by replacing a new hardfacing at the competitive price. The repaired condition is just like the new plate.
