In addition, within an hour travel time, container truck is able to reach either Shenzhen Yantian Port, or through Lo Wu border for HK Sea Terminals from our factory.2>. R &D - Facing the changing markets and trends, our R&D team is keeping good contact with vendors/suppliers for latest design, updated technology, and newest development of fabric, trimming, and accessories.3>. MERCHANDISING TEAM - Formed by a 8-members team, which provide prompt reply to pricing, design, shipment, materials...etc., because we know that every minute counts in the market.4>. SAMPLE ROOM - Total 15 technicians in our sample room to deal with various kinds of sample, from leather handbag, PU tote, nylon backpack, canvas messenger to PVC duffel every day. Follow customers' graphic or sketch, our experienced technicians are able to generate prototype.5>. QUALITY CONTROL- Our focus on quality product has won us a good reputation among our customers since 2008. Our in-line IPQC, FPQC are assigned to related department during production so as to ensure every process that must fulfill customers' standard.6>. CAPACITY- Having 4 sewing lines with total 80 sewing workers, our monthly output is about 50,000 pieces, give or take 10,000 pieces that depends on different styles.7>. MANAGEMENT- We adopt ERP system to manage every process, data and document.
