Our manufacturing capabilities with SMT machines that can perform placement smallest components with chip size 0201 inch or 0603 mm, IC lead pitch 0.4mm, BGA ball pitch of 0.5mm and less. Both rigid and flexible pcb size from 50mm to 510mm with thickness of less than 0.8mm to 3.0mm. All our SMT machines are japanese make. Total of 9 SMT lines with capacity of 110 millions points per month. Our production floor environment are fully ESD controlled.
