Our company is a 2nd generation business in housing development. We concentrated more on affordable house which is marketable to most of malaysian population. What we need is silent investor to invest in our company. Now we got about thousands units of houses to be constructed. We believe that we can expand more with the capital injection from our investors. The profit sharing can be discussed. Currently we got about usd40 million with a projected profit USD 15 million. We have also started a trading house 3 years ago to cater the request from our oversea client like supplying palm oil, cooking oil and other palm oil products, coal and other comodities.
