Sara’s Recipe, a non-veg food venture has come up with a range of ready to eat frozen Non-Veg. Its specialty is that the traditional Mughlai food which once could be enjoyed at a eating-joint is now available in packed form. It has been started by a women entrepreneur named Sara Khan. She has spent considerable time in R & D. The products are cooked in very less oil but still maintain the traditional taste. These products include Chicken-Curry, Chicken-Kebab, Mutton-Curry, Mutton-Biryani, Mutton-Seekh-Kebab (Lucknow’s special Kakori-Kebab with the tendency of dissolving in the mouth), Fish-Curry and Fish-Fried.
