The founder of the Company is Mr Tai Kin Kau, Anthony who entered into the noodle manufacturing business since 1985 and has accumulated 27 years experience in making raw noodles for supply to numerous well known restaurants all throughout Hong Kong. Anthony prime objective is the supply of raw noodles of the best quality for the customers.
