S&J Granulate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a company formed in 2011 to venture into recycling industry. It is a joint venture betwwen us & a German company. We, together, have created a manufacturing unit in Vapi, Gujarat, India, to produce Crumb Rubber from Used Truck / Bus Radial Tyres. The entire plant is imported from Germany and is a completely automated plant with zero pollution & limited man power required. We have one line of production which has a capacity to process 5 Tons of Tyre Shreds every hour. The Crumb produced is 99.7% pure & is free from any steel in it.
