R. Rolling Mills Pvt. Ltd.The P. R. Rolling Mills Pvt. Ltd. in India has two units. One is situated at S-707, Road No. 6, Area Jaipur -302013 ( Rajasthan ), and other one is situated at 51-52, I.D.A. Gajulamandyam, -517520, Tirupati ( Andhra Pradesh ).The Mill at Jaipur is a parent unit and having a facility to roll steel billets into equal & unequal angles, intricate sections / profiles, flats & channels.The fully automatic rolling mill consists of side discharge pushing type reheating furnace, 18‚ two stand roughing & intermediate mill, 14‚ four stands finishing mill, cooling bed., two straightening machines, shearing machine, full fledged work shop, roll shop and other ancillary equipments. The mill is also equipped with all modern quality control equipments.The market survey revealed a good demand of special sections/profiles by wheels manufacturers for use in all types of commercial vehicles in south India, encouraged us to open a unit in south India. Hence a suitable unit was purchased at Tirupati (A.P) in 2001.
