Our flexibility to meet the demands of your customers, extend from a quick 2 hour response through providing 24/7 support and help desk services. We have established a web portal which allows our clientele to place service requests, check on the status of their calls and add any special notes that applied to that specific site location. We have our base pricing per hour for best effort or next day service, however, adjustments are made for the volume of requests, payment terms and project needs. P3 Service offers package pricing, which includes 1 hour onsite with up to 1 hour of round trip travel.
