OES is an Irish owned company and all documentation and processes follow International methods and standards. Our staff are experienced in business dealings both inside and outside Greater China (including the Japanese and Korean markets) and all have extensive (in excess of 15 years) prior work experience with global companies in the quality /engineering areas. We also employ native Mandarin speakers with high level Business English skills. All are familiar with International Quality standards and have excellent verbal and written English skills. All communications to clients outside China will be in English only and Mandarin contacts will be available to those who require them within China. In addition, we have a local panel of experts for cases where our staffing resources are insufficient for hands-on tasks. In instances where volume tasks are involved additional resources can be obtained from this panel . All panel members have been interviewed and hired based on expertise with at least 5 years in an International environment. OES policies exclude the sharing of our clients intellectual property and we always sign non-disclosure /confidentiality agreements with our clients. SOME ADVANTAGES OF USING OES LTD 1. Travel to China is not necessary- eliminating associated expenses. 2. Visas are not necessary - In 2010 visa restrictions will be in place due to World Expo in Shanghai. 3. Staff levels are not impacted and the OES fee will be cheaper than sending an employee to China for extended /brief periods. 4. Language barriers no longer apply. 5. OES is familiar with international standards and rules of business. 6. OES can follow and communicate all technical/material specs based on provided info. 7.
