Thanks to this characteristic, our knife has a proper weight and an excellent balancing. Moreover, the blade is grafted in the knife. This special and extremely difficult process, which takes the technique used in the working of sliver cutlery sets, allows us to obtain a knife without welding between handle and blade. Hence, our product strongly reduces tarnishing.Our blades are made of 4028C, the most valuable and suitable material to obtain long-lasting quality blades with excellent cutting characteristics.Our cutlery can be washed in dishwashers.
