Looking for a 3-piece adjustable pole made from an inexpensive metal.(tubing + twist locks combo only).Smallest tube diameter 1.0 inch O.D. sleeved by thin walled tubing;overall length 24 inch collapsed, expandable to 72 inches. Emphasis on low unit costs.Substitute material if necessary to maintain lowest unit cost poissible. Thank you
