In spinning units we are producing 100 % cotton and Blend yarn in both CARDED and COMBED, SPANDEX and LYCRA YARN in both WEAVING twist and Knitting twist with Wax and also producing COMPACT YARN AND SLUB YARN with export standard carton packing and in Pallets. Our mill laboratories are fully equipped with latest instruments(TENSORAPID, USTER DATA, HVI AND CLASSIMATE, VISION SHIELD& LOPTEX ) to maintain our yarn quality standard and to control of contamination. Further for the control of contamination in yarn we have newly introduced technology LOFFEE in our auto cones and also approx.(For your reference our Machinery detail is attach here with).Weaving Units.In weaving we have both Sulzer Ruti and Air Jet looms and all sorts and size of cloth can be manufactured according to the demand of the valued buyers. The annual capacity in air jet looms is 20 Million Sq meters and the Sulzer looms annual capacity is 25 million Sq meters with 393CM width of fabrics.Fabrics produced in these units is popular in foreign market, Its 100 production is exported to Japan, Far East, Europe, S/Africa, USA and other parts of the world.
