The company started its operation in 1967 with the first iron ore mines openning at chamakpur. Subsequently it acquired long term mining rights over lakraghat, ganua and horomotto. Other than iron ore, the company also operates manganese ore, limestone & dolomite and refractory grade fireclay mines in the state of orissa, India. The company is now able to provide a comprensive solution for the steel input raw material.
