Our Casting Unit is equipped with state of the art machinery & equipmets some of which are: Moulding Machine (3 No.), Shot Blast Facility & Heat-Treatmentas well equipped Chemical Testing Lab & also has arrangement for Physical Testing. Jassar Multimaetals is a specialized in casting of cement plant parts, crusher parts (high chrome, high manganese etc.). We also can supply other special grades like xx, Adamite etc. The Forging Unit has a capacity of forging from 100kg to 6000 kg (single piece) in plain carbon & alloy steels. Some of our products under Forging are Rolls, Shafts, Gears and Cranks, Blanks etc. Jassar Multimaetals is a specialized in manufacturing & proof machining of crankshafts for heavy machinery & shipping engines etc. We have a well equipped Machine Shop with a numbers of machines. So, we are able to supply the products in machined form also.
