The Company&＃39;s mission is to identify needs and opportunities for new industrial and consumer products, develop innovative proprietary products to meet these needs, and commercialize these new products. IEPC is primarily a design and development firm that commercializes its own product designs. It will market its technology through a combination of licensing agreements with well-established distribution companies. Manufacturing and production is channeled through contract manufacturers, which mean that IEPC&＃39;s manufacturing operations are scalable. For smaller production needs, the Company is capable of light manufacturing and assembly in-house.
