Henan Pengsheng Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was established with registered capital of eighty million RMB in 1997 by President Mr. Zhipeng Zhang and is located in Zhengzhou City, capital of Henan Province.Since established, we have been following the operation policy of diligence and integrity, and now we own and control 11 factories and 8 subsidiary companies.Based on our strength, we manufacture and export wires, cables, garden machinery, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, ATV, dirt bikes and pocket bikes to many countries in the world, such as Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Cyrus, Turkey, Australia, India, Sri Lanka and Peru.In 2002, we established Pengsheng Group (Nigeria) Investment Co., Ltd. in Lagos to distribute our products in Nigeria and other African countries.In 2003, we bought Maozhuang vegetable planting base and wholesale market from local government, which is the biggest food production and exportation company of central China and is supervised directly by the Ministry of Agriculture.In 2006, we established Pengsheng Group (Shanghai) Overseas Business Operation Branch.In 2007, we established Pengsheng (Hong Kong) Holding Group Co., Ltd.Although we have gained some success in the past, nowadays, we never feel satisfied with the result.
