Haima (Zhengzhou) Automobile Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2007, with 192.85 million dollars registered capital. It is the second vehicle production base of Haima Group which mainly manufactures mini-bus and mini-car of Fstar brand. The first and second factories have been set up, with annual production capacity of 50, 000 units mini- bus and 150, 000 units sedans respectively. The First Plant The first factory has more than 1, 500 staff, covers an area of 260, 000 square meters, total assets of 397.6 million Yuan. It has a complete system of technical equipment , R&D, purchasing, sales and logistics. It has passed ISO9001, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system certification and national 3C certification. The first factory has a complete vehicle production processes which are stamping, welding, painting, assembly and also a 16 line vehicle detection center. The main production equipment have 200 sets. The Second Plant The second factory is located in Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, it also has stamping, welding, painting and final assembly production line, and mainly production for family cars. Finished On December 26, 2009. The second plant has two major highlights: 1. production line of coating equipment reached international advanced level; 2. water reuse, advanced intermediate water treatment system can achieve zero emissions. Engine Plant Annual output of 300, 000 engines plant was founded in June 2009, it will be into the equipment installation stage in the next year . Volume production at the second quarter of 2011. Supply System By the end of 2008, 11 parts factories of Kaifeng Parts Industrial Park all have production conditions, the output value of industrial park have been accounted 40% of Haima (Zhengzhou). Up to now, the system supplier of Haima (Zhengzhou) has been basically established, now the number has reached more than 140.
