Endurex Inc. is a making COAL PICKS suitable for FEEDER BREAKER machines being manufactured by INGERSOLL-RAND. We can also make picks for other applications like limestone, sand stone, granite crushers etc. The shank of our pick is alloy forged steel conforming to EN-24 specification. It is hardened and tempered to 48 - 52 HRC for maximum wear resistance and service life. We use Tungsten Carbide for the tip. Our TC tip conforms to ISI; 4000. We do silver brazing for fixing carbide tip to its shank as per brazing procedure specified in ISI; 2927. Our water scale cleaning chemical (Scale-o-Nil), as implied by its description, is essentially meant for removing the existing scales of your pipelines, cooling towers, chilling plants, condensers, radiators, heat exchangers, furnaces, air-conditioning equipment, boilers, burners, heaters, water cooled engines, water cooled generators, process equipment etc.
