Doruk Una Deger Katma Gda San Ve Tic As is a one of the largest wheat flour producer and exporter of Turkey. Our volume of wheat flour exports exceeded 200.000mt in 2005. Our major markets are Middle East, Africa and Balkans. Basing on our milling capacity, we are also exporting continuously wheat bran to Egypt, Yemen, Saudi Arabia. We have our own operations in Ukraine, we are - buying agricultural commodities directly from farmers, -stocking in our own warehouses-exporting from Ukraine Doruk is actively trading other commodities as well as wheat in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldovia and Bosnia for grain and feed grain trading businesses with the support of Peavey Co of ConAgra Inc/USA Furthermore, we have established a joint venture company with Dutch Koninklijke Zeelandia, world famous producer of baking materials for the bread and confectionery trade. Basing on this cooperation, we are producing industrialized packaged bread and supplying catering companies and many hotels, restaurants, pastry producers with bread improvers and mixes, toppings, fillings, glazes and pastry mixes etc. We also export bread mixes to neighborhood countries.
