China Xinxing Import & Export Corp. was founded in 1984 and affiliated to the General Logistic Department of PLA before 1998. In 1998, China Xinxing company was transferred to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China as a large scale state-owned enterprises for industrial and trading.
