Brief Introduction　　Chengdu Chengde Heavy Forging Co., Ltd., which is located in Xindu district of Chengdu, was founded in 2004.　　There are 16 kilometers away from the Chengdu city, which is the capital of Sichuan Province in China. With Baoji-Chengdu railway, Dazhou-Chengdu railway, the Chengdu-Mianyang Expressway, Chengdu-Deyang Express Lane and No. 108 National Highway cross the city, the manufacture can provide best services to the customers with the convenient transportation. 　　Covering an area of 38000m2, Chengdu Chengde Heavy Forging Co. is one of the cooperation for mechanical hammer forging and machining, has been assessed and found to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 in May, 2005.　　There is more than RMB 80 million (about USD 12 million) of the total assets. The number of the employees is more than 160 including more than 30 technical specialists and professional engineers. The cooperation possesses 20 sets of various kinds of main manufacturing equipments. It takes the 2000MT hydraulic press, the 2MT air hammer, the 4MT electricity liquid hammer¼ŒD53K-5000 horizontal ring rolling machine as the core equipments. The products are exported to developed and developing states, such as USA, Germany, UK, Israel, Spain, Turkey, Australia, Indian and other countries. The amount of export is 20000 MT in 2007 and 15000MT in 2008.　　The company has accumulated sufficient experience and obtained the key technology to manufacture in the field of the metallurgy, pressure vessel, power station and the whole sets of wind turbine for the forging products since established in 2004.
