Ceads Gida A.S. is a company based in Turkey with total paid capital of 25,000,000.- TL. The company is specialized in production and export of rough forage such as alfalfa hay and timothy hay.The aim of the company is to provide the highest possible quality with complete end to end service for its clients around the world. To achieve this goal, Ceads is working with the most reputable universities in Turkey to produce high quality products keeping all production processes under control and close monitoring. Accredited independent laboratories are being used to test the soil and plants in each and every field used for production.As for logistics services, the company has partnered with globally known Logistics Service Providers with wide global coverage to handle inland and international transport as well as export customs with high efficiency.Company head office is located in Istanbul while the warehouse is located in Mersin, a few kilometers away from the port for ease of transportation.The production of alfalfa is carried out in various fields in central, east, west and south parts of Turkey. We do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. All our hay is sun cured and bales are single pressed in 550kg or 25kg each. All products are immediately taken into closed warehouses without touching a drop of rain. Each and every bale is checked for humidity levels when entering the warehouse. Product is always very green and stay leafy as the baling is done at optimum moisture level. The alfalfa stays on the field maximum of 2 days as the weather is very dry and mowing is done by conditioned machines so that both the stem and leaves dry at the same time and all stay green without losing nutritional values. The length of the plant is cut at around 20cm.Ceads alfalfa has total RFV value of above 200, which proves it is of superior quality. Our calcium levels are significantly high due to the soil on which the plants are grown.
