Seeing the need of various industries for software solutions and business computerization, he decided to build a software developing company. In 2001, BMS was established and registered as a sole proprietorship entity. Its first two years of operation was in a home-based office. In 2003, BMS transferred to a commercial establishment to better accommodate the growing numbers of customers and staff.
