Booloju has been handed down by the current brewer&＃39;s family in northern area of Gyeongbuk Province for hundreds of years and has been made as homemade liquor in a small amount. Recently combined conventional techniques with modern ones, Booloju has been made personally and devotedly by the brewer who succeeds to old tradition.
