Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy, CNNC (BRICEM ) established in 1958 is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive research institute which is engaged mainly in technical research of uranium ore processing and hydrometallurgy. There are 530 employees, including about 200 senior engineers. For more than 40 years, BRICEM has won a great number of achievements in basic theoretical research for processing uranium ore and supplied various effective technological processes to uranium mills.
